PARAGONONLINE.CA PRESENTS:

THE BAND IN DEMAND COMPETITION!

Where YOUR BAND will only have to compete through:
-One round of preliminaries
-One round of finals!

We're keeping it simple!

So the details:

When:
PRELIMINARIES: Saturday, April 4& 25 @ The El Mocambo Upstairs
FINALS: Saturday, May 30th @ The El Mocambo Downstairs

First Prize:
-A 3 song EP to be recorded & mixed at Catherine North Studios. to the band that wins the "Band In Demand" competition. It will be overseen by Dan Achen (for more information on Catherine North Studios and Dan Achen please go to the news section of our site and click on CATHERINE NORTH.)
-Your band's song on our myspace
-Your band as the featured band on http://paragononline.ca
-A professional Photoshoot, article and radio interview on unchartedsounds.com
-A chance to go straight into the PARAGON 20/20 FINALS in June for a chance to win $40,000 worth of prizes!

*All rounds will be judged by music industry professionals!
*Bands will receive a certificate with all their prizing information on the night of May 30th, 2009 @ The El Mocambo!
