On Friday, NOVEMBER 27TH, 2009 @ THE HARD ROCK CAFE the third and final PRELIMINARY ROUND of the: Paragon Rock The House Hard Competition took place!

It was a packed house that went over capacity several times during the night. Thanks to the hundreds of fans & friends that came out to support the Toronto Independent Music Scene as well as the following very talented bands (in order of set-times):
